Set Default Margin (Distributors)

Distributors Only

Distributors can set a default margin percentage for all their customers at their location. Setting this default percentage will affect all of your customers in QuoteFast only. Does not affect EQM preferences or default data. By default, QuoteFast sets a 25% profit margin for all new projects.

From the user menu, select Set Default Margin:

Set the margin percentage in whole numbers only. Click Save and the default margin will be set.

The margin value will be the default value for the preliminary and final quoted price (E-Way Quote Data screen) features in QuoteFast.
