Send a Project to EQM (E-Way)

QuoteFAST Project Bills Of Material can be sent from QuoteFAST into EWAY Quote Manager!

1: Select the Project BOM to be Sent

Prerequisites:

1. All items must be complete
2. Valid Customer Number
3. Valid Distributor Account

2: Send the Project BOM

Select 'Send To EQM' from the Actions list:
Select the target Distributor, then select the Save button to complete the process:   (select the Close button to cancel the process)

3: Locate the Project BOM in E-WAY

BOM's sent by QuoteFAST can be identified by the $QF- at the beginning of the Proposal name.

E-WAY Quote Management Bill Of Material

The E-WAY BOM is a copy of the QuoteFAST BOM, and can be edited in E-WAY like any other BOM. If changes are made to the QuoteFAST BOM, the updated project should be resent to E-WAY and the replacement E-WAY BOM used.
