Selection guide questions to assist with load center selection

  1. Do you want QO (Copper Bus) or Homeline (Aluminum Bus)?
  2. Do you want Main Lug or Main Breaker? (Main Lug means there is no main disconnect)
  3. What maximum amperage rating of load center do you require?
  4. If QO, do you want a Single or Three phase load center? (If Homeline we ONLY offer Single phase).
  5. How many total number of spaces do you need in the load center? Will you be using any Tandem breakers? (a Tandem breaker is 2 circuits in 1 pole space)
  6. Do you need an indoor or outdoor load center? (if Indoor and QO, do you want a Surface or Flush cover. If Homeline is selected, then ALL Homeline load centers come standard with a combination cover so not choice is required).
  7. If QO do you want a Plug-On Neutral CAFI load center? Note: All convertible main Homeline load centers are Plug-On Neutral design

B. Generator application potentially requires a different load center or additional catalog numbers
C. Consider any accessories that might be required for the application
