OrderTrack allows you to see your order status real-time (at each point of manufacturing process), item detailed information and view consolidated shipment information for Square D products. It's perfect for getting your Square D order statuses when your distributor's office is closed. Getting Started1. You must be registered on the Partner Portal. (You need this registration to get into the Partner Web Pages.) 2. Make sure you look for the OrderTrack links in the Portal. You will be asked to complete a full profile to use OrderTrack. The admin must ensure your account references are setup correctly. 3. If you have problems getting in, email the registration team, PartnerPortalSupportUS@schneider-electric.com 4. I need to talk to someone now, call the support line, 877-342-5173. How to use application?If your registration processing is complete, the registrion team will have setup your account information. When you log into the OrderTrack application, the app will search the system for all in process orders associated with your account. (Searching the system may take a few seconds before your screen will populate.) If after you login and after a few seconds you have a blank screen, most likely your registration process has not completed and you need to email PartnerPortalSupportUS@schneider-electric.com. If your screen has populated with a list of orders, simply scroll around as needed to find the order of interest. Thenk click into the order of interest. You can sort orders by order number or project name. (When you click an order, the system will do a search for all related item detals which may take several seconds.) Below is an examle of items for a order. The order information reference remains along the top edge to be clear about which items you are viewing. For each item, you will see various information. Test in blue indicates something to click for more information. You will normally look for 2 blue links. The first line of a catalog item will frequently have a link to more detailed product information. Along the bottom edge of the item reference, look for blue text indicating a carrier or tracking number. Clicking the link will open a detailed page regarding the shipping details for an item. Everything else within the item is in between for immediate review.
